Corresponds to the description, not tested. The size is not adjustable, for a thin and medium neck. I don't think it will fit a big guy.

Excellent sound, laryngofone reads clearly.

The laryngphone is good for its price, it receives and transmits sound at a level, the design is without bells and whistles. I tested it on kenwood and baofeng. not suitable for large necks.
